Leaban Paris reserves the right to refuse a return for defective if it is related to repeated / inappropriate use of the product.

We can deliver your order to the address of your choice. Please specify the delivery address with each order. By default, delivery will be made to the billing address.

Once your order has been confirmed, you can contact customer service within thirty minutes of placing the order to cancel it. Outside of this period, we invite you to refuse the package upon delivery by indicating it on the delivery slip. The latter will then be returned to us free of charge. The refund of the amount of the order will be triggered automatically once the return of the package has been registered in our warehouse and verified by our quality department
